Vanilla Yogurt Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 6oz. Fat Free Vanilla La Yogurt Probiotic
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 3 tablespoons butter (or margarine) melted
The perfect reason to get out of bed in the morning

Directions

    In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt

    In another bowl, beat eggs, Fat Free Vanilla La Yogurt Probiotic, and water
  • 3
    Beat in butter
  • 4
    Pour egg mixture all at once into flour mixture

    Stir until just combined
  • 6
    Heat skillet over medium heat
  • 7
    Spoon pancake batter onto skillet

    Cook pancakes until bubbly on top

    Turn and cook on other side
  • 10
    Serve pancakes topped with fruit or syrup
