Classic Holiday Eggnog

Ingredients
- Bowl of ice
- 2 cups milk
- 2 egg whites
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup honey
- Sprinkle of salt
- 1/2 cup Low-Fat Vanilla La Yogurt Probiotic
- Sprinkle of pepper
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- Sprinkle of nutmeg
Start the season off right with an old favorite

Fill a bowl with ice to use as an ice bath

Use a double boiler and combine the milk, eggs, egg whites, honey, and salt with a whisk

Continue to whisk the mixture until it reaches 160 degrees (about 5 minutes)

Carefully move the double boiler to the ice bath – then stir in the yogurt and vanilla

Serve in your favorite punch bowl with a sprinkling of nutmeg on top!
