Spiced Yogurt Chicken Breasts

Grilled Yogurt Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cups Plain La Yogurt Probiotic
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 3/4 tsp. ground cumin
  • 3/4 tsp. ground coriander
  • 3/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 6 chicken breasts - boneless

    Grab a bill bowl and whisk together 1 cup of the La Yogurt Probiotic, 2 Tbsp. oil, 1 Tbsp. lemon juice, salt, and all of the spices (chili powder, ground cumin, ground coriander, black pepper, and cinnamon

    Add the chicken and make sure it’s covered in the yogurty goodness – let it soak up the flavors for about 15 minutes

    In the meantime – get the grill going!

    While the grill is warming up, whisk together the remaining La Yogurt Probiotic (1 1/4 cups) and 1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice – throw in some salt to taste! This will be your yogurt sauce at the end.

    Grill chicken until it’s cooked all the way through – there should be no pink inside

    Once it’s off the grill, pour the yogurt sauce over the cooked chicken and add the mint salad on top. Enjoy!
