Ingredients

  • 1 cup Vanilla Lowfat La Yogurt Probiotic
  • 3/4 cup chilled canned pumpkin
  • Small handful ice cubes
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
  • Dash of ground cloves
  • 1 frozen, sliced banana

Directions
