Crunchy Breaded Chicken with a Yogurt Twist

Ingredients
- 2 cups plain La Yogurt Probiotic
- 2 garlic cloves
- A bit of fresh parsley
- Juice of a lemon
- 1 package of boneless chicken breasts
- A pinch of salt
- 2 cups panko breadcrumbs
- 1 stick of butter (a pad for each piece of chicken)

Pour the La Yogurt Probiotic into a mixing bowl

Mince 2 cloves of garlic – don’t forget to stop and enjoy that savory scent – and then add it to the yogurt along with the chopped parsley

Squeeze in the lemon juice and stir it all up

Rinse and salt the chicken

Create a breading station by lining up the yogurt mixture, the breadcrumbs, and the (buttered) baking dish in a row

Dip the chicken in the yogurt mixture, then coat with breadcrumbs, then place in the baking dish

Top each piece of chicken with a pad of butter to help keep the breadcrumbs from drying out
