Deviled Eggs with a Kick

  • 6 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. Plain La Yogurt Probiotic
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp. yellow mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. ground chile powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
Everyone’s favorite summer appetizer

    Start with peeled, halved, hard boiled eggs
  • 2
    Carefully remove the yolks and mash them with a fork in a small bowl
  • 3
    Mix the lime juice and Chipotle chile powder, then add that mixture to mashed yolks and stir in mayo, mustard, Plain La Yogurt Probiotic, salt, and half the chopped green onions
  • 4
    Spoon the yolk mixture into a plastic bag with an open tip – then use the bag to squeeze the mixture into the halved eggs
  • 5
    Top with the remaining green onions and enjoy at your barbecue, dinner party, or any time!
