Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup Lowfat Plain La Yogurt Probiotic
  • 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
  • 1 8-ounce package frozen green beans, thawed
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 1/3 cups french fried onions
The side dish for when any day is a holiday

Directions

    Heat medium size skillet to medium-high
  • 2
    Melt butter and saute mushrooms for 4 to 5 minutes

    Remove from heat

    In a large bowl, combine Lowfat Plain La Yogurt Probiotic with flour

    Add green beans, sugar, salt, pepper, and cooked mushrooms

    Mix

    Add half of the fried onions and mix

    Pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole dish
  • 9
    Top with the remaining fried onions

    Bake at 350F for about 30 minutes, until bubbly around edges
