Lemony Yogurt Muffins

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup softened butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup Lemon Meringue La Yogurt Probiotic
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 1/3 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
Just the right amount of sweet and zesty!

Get your oven nice and toasty at 400 degrees. Then, line your muffin tin with papers

Cream the butter and then beat in the eggs one at a time. Gently stir in the Lemon Meringue La Yogurt Probiotic, lemon juice, and lemon zest.

Grab another bowl and combine the flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg. Then stir into the lemon mixture until just blended and fill each cup about 2/3 full of batter

Bake at 400 degrees for 15-18 minutes. You’ll know they’re done if a toothpick comes out clean!
