45 minutes 6 servings

  • 1 1/2 cups plain granola
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 4 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 cup Plain La Yogurt Probiotic
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 5 ounces blueberries
  • A drizzle of honey
A sweet, bite-sized treat!

  • 1
Get your oven nice and toasty to 350 degrees
  • 2
Use a food processor to combine the granola, cinnamon, and sugar
  • 3
Slowly drizzle in the butter until you have a crumbly mixture
  • 4
Press the granola crumbles into the bottoms and sides of small pie pans
  • 5
Let the pan cool in the fridge for about 15 minutes – then transfer it to the oven and bake until the crusts are golden and crisp (about 10 minutes), then let it cool completely
  • 6
Use an electric mixer to beat the cream cheese until smooth – then add the sugar, vanilla, and yogurt and continue beating until smooth
  • 7
Pour the filling into the cooled pie crusts and let them chill in the refrigerator for 6 hours
  • 8
Right before you’re ready to serve, sprinkle fresh blueberries and honey on top for a sweet ending!
