Mini Blueberry-Granola Pies

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups plain granola
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 4 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 cup Plain La Yogurt Probiotic
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 5 ounces blueberries
- A drizzle of honey
A sweet, bite-sized treat!

Get your oven nice and toasty to 350 degrees

Use a food processor to combine the granola, cinnamon, and sugar

Slowly drizzle in the butter until you have a crumbly mixture

Press the granola crumbles into the bottoms and sides of small pie pans- 5
Let the pan cool in the fridge for about 15 minutes – then transfer it to the oven and bake until the crusts are golden and crisp (about 10 minutes), then let it cool completely- 6
Use an electric mixer to beat the cream cheese until smooth – then add the sugar, vanilla, and yogurt and continue beating until smooth- 7
Pour the filling into the cooled pie crusts and let them chill in the refrigerator for 6 hours- 8
Right before you’re ready to serve, sprinkle fresh blueberries and honey on top for a sweet ending! - 4
