- 1 medium cucumber
- 1 cup fat free Plain La Yogurt Probiotic
- 1 cup fat free sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. + 2 tsp. Greek seasoning
- Black pepper and salt
- 4 pita pockets

Cut cucumber lengthwise and grate into your favorite mixing bowl
