Cucumber Pita Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 medium cucumber
  • 1 cup fat free Plain La Yogurt Probiotic
  • 1 cup fat free sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. + 2 tsp. Greek seasoning
  • Black pepper and salt
  • 4 pita pockets

    Cut cucumber lengthwise and grate into your favorite mixing bowl

    Add La Yogurt Probiotic, lemon juice, sour cream, and 1 Tbsp Greek seasoning

    Stir and season with salt and pepper until it tastes just right

    Now comes the hardest part – waiting! Refrigerate one hour

    Cut pita bread into triangles and sprinkle with 2 tsp. Greek seasoning

    Bake pita at 350 degrees for 10 minutes
