Quick & Simple Yogurt Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups plain La Yogurt Probiotic
  • 2/3 cup olive oil
  • 1 1/4 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 3/4 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • Pinch of nutmeg

    Get your oven nice and toasty to 350 degrees

    Grab a 9-inch springform pan, lightly grease it with baking spray, and line the bottom with parchment

    Whisk together the following ingredients: La Yogurt Probiotic, olive oil, sugar, eggs, and vanilla

    Then, add the flour, baking soda, salt, and nutmeg – stir it up until it’s nice and smooth

    Pour the batter into the pan, and bake for about 50 minutes – you’ll know it’s done when a toothpick or cake tester comes out clean

    Let it cool before taking it out of the pan – then top with your favorite fruit and enjoy as a savory breakfast!
