Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. leg of lamb
- 1/4 cup Plain Fat Free La Yogurt Probiotic
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 1 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp. dried rosemary
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 1 cups sliced zucchini
- 6 large cherry tomatoes
- 1 small onion, cut into quarters
- Cooking spray for grill

Prepare lamb by trimming fat, then cube into 1-inch pieces.

Combine Plain Fat-Free La Yogurt Probiotic, onion, olive oil, cumin, rosemary, pepper, salt, and garlic in a plastic zip bag.

Add lamb, zucchini, tomatoes, and onion wedges.

Here’s the tough part – resist the urge to start cooking and leave the sealed bag in the fridge for 8 hours. Trust us, the flavor is worth the wait!

Remove lamb, zucchini, tomatoes, and onion wedges. Then, set the marinade aside.

Alternate threading the lamb, zucchini, tomatoes, and onion wedges onto 10-inch skewers.

Coat grill or broiler with cooking spray. Then, cook kebabs appx. 7 minutes on each side while brushing with leftover marinade occasionally.
