Yogurt Pound Cake

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Plain La Yogurt Probiotic
- 2/3 cup olive oil
- 1 1/4 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 3/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- Dash of nutmeg
Perfect with whipped cream and fresh berries!

Get your oven nice and toasty at 350F

Grease a 9-inch springform pan and then lay parchment paper across the bottom

In a separate bowl, use a fork or whisk to mix together the La Yogurt Probiotic, olive oil, sugar, eggs, and vanilla

Then add the dry ingredients – flour, baking powder, baking soda, and nutmeg

Give it a good stir until all the lumps are gone

Pour the batter into the pan, scraping the sides of the bowl with a rubber spatula as you pour

Bake for about 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the cake comes out clean

Give it a chance to cool on a wire rack, but serve warm for the best taste. We like to add fresh berries or whipped cream!
